A picture of what is supposedly a promotional photo of the next generation MacBook Pro is making it's round across the internet, the picture originating from T-System.de (Which is owned by T-Mobile parent Deutsche Telekom), was apparently posted in error on the website briefly before being pulled.

When comparing the "new" promotional image from T-System with the present Apple image you first notice the iMac'esque black border around the screen, as well as the lack of a mechanical latch which if true would mean the MacBook Pro now has the MacBook like magnetic latch.
The next update to Adobes Creative Suite will acording to AppleInsider only be a minor upgrade over CS3.
New versions of Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, FireWorks, Flash Player, InDesign and Sound Booth will be in CS4, but the remaining software within the suite will only see maintenance updates rather than new versions.
MacRumors.com have stated that CS4 will ship on the 23rd of September with a price tag of roughly $699 for the Design Suite Upgrade.
EFi-X is another commercial product which allows a user to run Mac OS X on certain PC configurations, but unlike Psystar, which sells entire systems which require modifications to updates and such as not to render Mac OS X when Apple releases updates, EFi-X allows you to update your system with no issues.
The unit comprises of a USB module that when plugged into a USB port allows supported hardware to boot and install from an official un-modified Leopard DVD, Gizmodo have stated that even Mac OS X 10.5.5 from earlier this week can be installed without issue.
It is being pitched as a tool for enthusiasts rather than the general public trying to get a Mac for pennies, the unit retails at $155.00

When It comes to gaming I do have to admit, that Mac OS X is sorely forgotten by many of the large games developers, there are a few software houses such as Blizzard who have a strong affiliation with Mac OS / X and have released their software for both Mac and Windows on the same disc(s), but the majority don't.
